Gérard Loussine unveils a moving album

Gérard Loussine releases a touching album, *Loussine In The Sky With*, now available on all platforms, featuring the poignant single *La Douleur Fait Moins Mal Que La Fin*, a powerful song about separation and heartbreak.

Gérard Loussine, whose real name is Gérard Khidichian, is a highly active actor, singer, and songwriter, particularly in cinema and theater. He gained recognition for performances such as *Deux Euros 20* at the Théâtre Rive Gauche in 2020, and *Un Singe En Hiver*, based on Antoine Blondin's work, at the Théâtre de Paris. In film and television, he has appeared in around sixty films including *La Gueule de l'autre* by Pierre Tchernia, *Pinot simple flic* by Gérard Jugnot, *La Soule* by Michel Sibra, and *Les Brigades du tigre* by Jérôme Cornuau.

At 70 years old, Loussine finally embarks on writing and producing an album, with the support of Georges Bodossian, guitarist of the legendary rock band Océan.

Loussine In The Sky With

*Loussine In The Sky With* is an album full of emotions, reflecting the artistic and personal life of this heartfelt artist, who is as endearing as he is talented across multiple art forms. With the help of an outstanding team of musicians, and a well-crafted writing style, the album, filled with bluesy guitars, reminds us of Alain Chamfort and Louis Bertignac, as well as Louis Chédid and Michel Delpech for its lyrical and melodic quality.

Electric guitars take center stage, and throughout the tracks, the interplay between Loussine's and Georges Bodossian's guitars is a joy to hear. They are supported by Gilles Polvé on bass, Diabolo on harmonica, Christophe Dubois and Claude (Coco) Meyer on drums, and Georges Bodossian and Jean-Paul Résimont on keyboards.

We invite you to listen to the beautiful track *La Douleur Fait Moins Mal Que La Fin*, available in a black-and-white session, a touching musical moment evoking the pain of solitude:
